Return Policy
Research-Grade Material Policy
PureLux Bio supplies Research Use Only (RUO) materials intended exclusively for controlled laboratory environments. Due to the sensitive, perishable, and compliance-regulated nature of research compounds, all sales are considered final upon shipment.
We do not accept physical returns of any research materials.
This policy exists to protect material integrity, maintain chain-of-custody standards, and uphold Research Use Only compliance.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or compromised during transit, notification must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
To initiate review, the following may be required:
- Photographic documentation of packaging and contents
- Retention of all original packaging materials
- Order number and delivery confirmation
Each case is evaluated individually. Where appropriate, replacement, credit, or other resolution may be issued at the sole discretion of PureLux Bio.
Incorrect or Fulfillment Errors
If an order is received in error due to a documented fulfillment mistake, notification must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Verified fulfillment errors will be corrected through replacement or appropriate resolution following internal review.
Temperature-Sensitive Materials
Many research compounds are stability-dependent and may be affected by environmental exposure once transferred to carrier custody.
PureLux Bio implements structured packaging controls to support material integrity during transit; however, once delivered, storage conditions become the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns are not accepted for temperature-related concerns unless shipping damage or fulfillment error is verified.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment release. Once an order has entered carrier custody, it cannot be canceled or recalled.
Institutional orders placed under approved purchase agreements may be subject to separate contractual terms.
Case-by-Case Review
While all sales are considered final, PureLux Bio reserves the right to review exceptional situations at its discretion.
Any accommodation, credit, or replacement provided outside standard policy does not constitute a modification of this policy and does not establish precedent for future claims.
Disposal Responsibility
PureLux Bio does not accept returned research materials under any circumstance.
Purchasers are solely responsible for the safe, lawful storage and disposal of materials in accordance with institutional protocols and applicable regulations.

All materials are designated strictly for laboratory research use.
Products are not authorized for human or veterinary use and may not be returned once released into distribution.
PureLux Bio reserves the right to refuse service or deny claims that conflict with Research Use Only compliance standards.
