Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Controlled Domestic Fulfillment
PureLux Bio operates a verification-aligned fulfillment model designed to protect material integrity from release through delivery.
All orders ship from within the United States and are processed under defined internal handling standards prior to carrier transfer.
Our objective is disciplined execution—not simply speed. Each shipment reflects the same verification-first framework applied to sourcing, testing, and batch release.
Order Processing Standards
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Prior to shipment, each order undergoes internal review procedures, which may include batch verification alignment, documentation confirmation, inventory validation, and order integrity checks.
Orders placed before the daily cutoff are typically released the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff are generally released the following business day.
Institutional and wholesale orders may require additional verification or documentation prior to release.
Shipment confirmation is issued once the order has been transferred into carrier custody.
Domestic Shipping Services
PureLux Bio currently ships within the United States only.
Available shipping methods are presented at checkout and may include ground, priority, expedited, or overnight services depending on destination and timing.
All transit timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and begin only after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
PureLux Bio does not guarantee delivery times or carrier performance.
Tracking information is automatically issued upon shipment release.
Transfer of Risk and Carrier Responsibility
All shipments are fulfilled through third-party carriers.
Risk of loss, delay, damage, or environmental exposure transfers to the purchaser upon tender of shipment to the carrier.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, PureLux Bio no longer has control over transit conditions, handling, or delivery performance.
Temperature-Control & Protective Packaging
Certain compounds require enhanced transit protection based on stability characteristics.
Packaging configurations are selected based on compound profile and expected transit duration. Where appropriate, insulated containment and thermal buffering systems are utilized to support material integrity.
While these measures are implemented intentionally, PureLux Bio does not guarantee product condition, stability, or performance upon delivery, as environmental conditions during transit are beyond operational control.
Upon delivery, all responsibility for proper storage, handling, and environmental control transfers to the purchaser.
Packaging Integrity & Discretion
All shipments are prepared using research-appropriate protective materials designed to preserve vial integrity, minimize movement during transit, and maintain labeling clarity.
External labeling reflects shipping compliance requirements only and does not disclose product contents beyond what is legally required.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Customers receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information at checkout
- Monitoring tracking updates
- Ensuring secure receipt of delivered packages
PureLux Bio is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays or service interruptions
- Weather-related disruptions
- Delivery exceptions or missed deliveries
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
In cases of lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement, refund, or reshipment.
If an order is returned due to address error, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or compromised, notification must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers must retain all original packaging materials and may be required to provide photographic documentation for review.
If a shipment is delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated delivery window, customers may contact support for case evaluation. Carrier claims may be initiated where appropriate.
All cases are reviewed individually and resolved at the sole discretion of PureLux Bio
Shipping Restrictions

Failure to follow shipping procedures, including failure to monitor delivery or provide accurate shipping information, may be used as supporting evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
PureLux Bio reserves all rights to contest disputes and recover associated costs.
